Baking a nourishing dessert has become one of my favorite Sunday rituals. I take my time, put up some music, and enjoy the process.

I’ve gathered up five delectable recipes that are in my regular rotation. I love that these recipes are made from nourishing ingredients, most of which you probably already have in your pantry!

PB, Chocolate & Oat Slice

This is my go-to recipe whenever I’ve got a few ripe bananas sitting in the fruit bowl! It uses pantry staples you probably already have on hand, and comes together in one bowl — no fuss required. A great one to prep ahead for busy weeks!

Easy no-bake treat! Healthy fats from pistachios and macadamias, fiber from pumpkin seeds, and antioxidants from cranberries are all wrapped in rich dark chocolate. You can use whatever nuts, seeds, and dried fruit you have on hand.
